Marwood + Marston
The Marwood + Marston development has two components: an existing, historic 53-unit multifamily rental building located at 53 Marston St., and 12 newly-constructed apartments at 111 Marston St., both between Woodward Ave and John R. Street, in Detroit’s historic North End neighborhood. In addition to the new construction units, six apartments were added to the multifamily rental building (total 59 units).
